With a background in children’s education Kim Hatch understands the importance of exposing children to as much as possible. Her ability to connect with children and adults of any age aides in keeping their attention and growing a love for exotic birds they hadn’t known before. Experienced in hand-feeding, free flight training, and behavior modification there isn’t much that Kim can’t handle when it comes to the avian community. Her passion for spreading awareness about conservation of endangered species drives her nearly to the point of obsession.

Debbie Schweikardt

Director & Board Member

With decades of experience there is very little that Debbie Schweikardt has not seen or experienced. Her vast knowledge comes in handy when working with the public and their birds. Her expertise lies in everything from behavior modification, free flight training, legislation knowledge, and much more. She serves on the boards of many exotic animal groups doing everything she can to aide a community that she’s devoted her life to.

Geoff Hatch

Director & Chairman of the Board

Having a love for exotic birds that has only grown since childhood Geoff Hatch has combined his passion with his vast technical knowledge opening up a whole new way to reach people and show the avian community that getting the right information to the masses can be educational and fun all at the same time. His daily hands on experience with an array of exotic birds has grown his knowledge in behavior modification and free flight training to the point that training birds has become second nature.
